Cannondale Bicycle Corporation
Cannondale bikes, or the Cannondale Bicycle Corporation, to give it it’s full name is an American bicycle manufacturer, which has its headquarters in Bethel, Connecticut. It was founded in 1971 by Joe Montgomery, Jim Catrambone and Ron Davis and originally made backpacks and camping bags.
Today it is known for it’s different high-end bicycles and specialized bicycle frames which are used by some of the top cyclists and triathletes in the world. Their carbon fiber frames are a particular speciality and they were a pioneer in this technology and continue to be one of the worlds most highly respected carbon frame manufacturers.
